Village Hall
Banquets provides a 10,000 square foot banquet facility that will
comfortably accommodate up to 400 guests. We offer complete bar and
catering services highlighted by incredible food which is served in a
charming, rural setting. Our professional and courteous staff will
attend to your guests’ every need. Special attention to detail, and our
emphasis on quality, has made us the most desirable banquet facility in
the area for over 20 years. We’ve been specializing in weddings,
reunions, corporate events, school dances, fundraisers and awards
banquets since 1980 and would appreciate the opportunity to help you
host your next gala.
Our expertise
extends far beyond weddings. Whether you're looking to reward dedicated
employees, show customers that you value their loyalty, host a lovely
bridesmaids' gathering, a cozy baby shower, a traditional retirement
party, or an extravagant holiday ball, Village Hall Banquets has a room
and a menu to suit your needs.
You can also have
your next club meeting, auction, lecture, workshop, or round-table
discussion amid our peaceful, natural surroundings, which facilitate
clear thinking and focused dialogue. Available meeting equipment
includes wireless microphone and screen.
During the summer
months Wild West Town/Village Hall Banquets provides for corporate
picnics in our private 3 acre picnic grove which accommodates from 500
to 2,000. Our picnic package is a terrific family experience that
includes food, beverages, and free passes to Donley’s Wild West Town
which is adjacent to the picnic grove. Wild West Town features train
rides, pony rides, gold (pyrite) panning, museum, and live action Wild
West shows…your passes provide free access to all of the attractions!
As well as our
banquet facility the Old West Steakhouse, right next door, is a full
service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner and
specializes in private parties for up to 75. The restaurant provides a
terrific atmosphere for those more intimate gatherings and can be
reached directly at 815-923-8000.
We are conveniently
located at Route 20 and South Union Road, just 4 miles west of the
Marengo/Hampshire exit off of Interstate 90.
